Monthly visit: We air your home. Cistern emptying. interior and exterior inspection. Basic revision of water and electricity installations. Review and cleaning scuppers. Detection and warning of possible water leaks, broken blinds,… disasters. Layout of keys. inspection report and communication.

For much less than the cost of traveling to your home to solve any incident, we offer you a maintenance service according to your needs.

Hiring and delivery of keys

Once the contract is formalized, we will take care of the needs of your home while you are away. A copy of the keys will be made, which will be available whenever required.



Regular maintenance

Once a month, or when stipulated in the contract, we will visit your home to perform the contracted tasks. After our visit, we will send you the report with photographs.



On demand

If you lose your keys, or need to leave them for an unexpected guest, we will provide a copy of the keys. If there’s a big storm, for example, we’ll check your home for damage to alert you about.
